May 19, 2016 - Texas League (TL1)
Corpus Christi Hooks News Release
CORPUS CHRISTI - Thursday's UIL regional quarterfinal game between Flour Bluff and Moody has been postponed 24 hours due to inclement weather.
The Hornets and Trojans will meet Friday at 7 p.m. in Game 1 of their best-of-three series. Game 2 is Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m., with Game 3 to follow - if necessary - 30 minutes after the completion of Game 2.
"After conferring with our operations and grounds team, we feel it's best to hold off for a day," Hooks communications director Matt Rogers said. "Player and fan safety are our top priorities."
Tickets for Thursday are automatically good for admission to Saturday's action.
