Florida's D'Amour Fined, Suspended

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL on Friday announced that Florida's Dominic D'Amour has been suspended for three games and fined an undisclosed amount under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline, as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #65, Florida at South Carolina, on Nov. 2.

D'Amour was assessed a major penalty for boarding under Rule #41.3 at 8:12 of the second period.

Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.

D'Amour will miss Florida's games at South Carolina (Nov. 4), at Greenville (Nov. 5) and against Wheeling (Nov. 9).
