
Florida Panthers Return Nolan Yonkman to Rampage

SAN ANTONIO (March 16, 2013) - Florida Panthers Executive VP/General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that the club has returned on loan defenseman Nolan Yonkman to the San Antonio Rampage (AHL).
Yonkman, 31, played in seven games for the Panthers since his call-up on March 3 and recorded a minus-1 rating and 11 penalty minutes from the blueline. The Rampage captain tallied six points (six assists) and 61 penalty minutes in 55 games for the Silver and Black this season. Yonkman has played in 177 career games in San Antonio over the course of the last three seasons, tallying three goals and 21 assists. The 6-foot-6, 247-pound defenseman has recorded nine points (one goal, eight assists) in 74 career NHL games.
San Antonio wraps-up their four-game homestand on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. against the Abbotsford Heat. The Rampage will be wearing custom St. Patrick's Day jerseys which will be auctioned off during the game.
