
Florida Panthers Recall C Quinton Howden

SUNRISE, Fla. - Florida Panthers Executive VP/General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that the club has recalled C Quinton Howden from the San Antonio Rampage (AHL).
Howden, who was selected by Florida in the first round (25th overall) in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft, has played in 41 games with San Antonio this season registering 19 points (9-10-19). The Oak Bank, Manitoba native played in 244 games with Moose Jaw (Western Hockey League) before turning pro, scoring 111 goals with 128 assists. Howden has yet to play in a National Hockey League regular season game.
Florida hosts the Philadelphia Flyers tomorrow night at 7:30 p.m. The game can be seen live on FOX Sports Florida and heard on 560 WQAM.
