Florence, KY: Florence came into last night looking to continue their winning streak against the Ohio Valley Red Coats. 1,525 fans came through the gates at Champion Window Field in Florence Kentucky. Florence surpassed 35,000 fans on the season last night, but this just wasn't the Freedom's night.

Starting for Florence was the struggling Jason Brunke, who went three and two-thirds innings, giving up eight runs, seven earned, on eight hits, while striking out three. His ERA rose to over seven. He seems to be the only blister in Florence's Starting rotation. Wally Quigg tried to get things going, as he went 2-4 with a double. But the Freedom only managed to get four hits on the night, and Ohio Valley took it, 14-0. Don't let the score fool you, the Freedom maintained first place in the East Division last night.

Don't miss the action tonight at Champion Window Field here in Florence, as a Fourth of July Firework show will follow tonight's action. Gates open at Six, first pitch is scheduled at 7:05.
