Flames Recall Forward Brett Sutter

Calgary, AB - Calgary Flames General Manager Darryl Sutter announced today that forward Brett Sutter has been recalled from Quad City (AHL).

Sutter has played in 28 games for the Quad City Flames this season, netting one goal and adding six assists along with 21 penalty minutes.

Sutter is the eighth Quad City Flame to be recalled to Calgary during the AHL franchise's two year history.

The Quad City Flames return to the ice on Friday for a road game in Milwaukee. Game time is 7:00 p.m. The game can be seen on a pay-per-view basis for $6.00 at ahllive.com. The game can also be heard on 93.9 FM WYEC beginning at 6:35 p.m. with the Hayman's Ace Hardware Pre-Game Show.

On Saturday, the Quad City Flames return home from a five-game road trip to host the Houston Aeros. Game time is 7:05 p.m. Lower bowl tickets are $10.00 and upper bowl seats are just $5.00. This special offer is presented by Genesis. The first 3,000 fans in attendance will receive Quad City Flames Winter Knit Hats. Discounted concessions will also be available with $2.00 12-ounce drafts and hot dogs for $1.50.
