
Fisher Cats 2007 season schedule announced

New Hampshire Fisher Cats News Release
Manchester, NH- The New Hampshire Fisher Cats, Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays, are please to announce their 2007 season schedule, which features 18 home games against the Portland Sea Dogs, Double-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, and 20 games that feature a post game fireworks show courtesy of Atlas Fireworks.
New Hampshire's 2007 season opens on Thursday, April 5 at home against the New Britain Rock Cats, Double-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins. Portland makes their first visit to Merchantsauto.com Stadium for a four game series Thursday, April 19-Sunday, April 22. They return to New Hampshire for four games in June (Friday, June 22-Monday, June 25). There are two series between the teams in July (three games Saturday, July 7-Monday, July 9 and three games Monday, July 16-Wednesda, July 18) and the Sea Dogs last visit comes with four games from Thursday, August 23-Sunday, August 26.
The Fisher Cats are pleased to repeat their popular "Friday Night Fireworks" series that will have a post game fireworks show after each Friday home game courtesy of Atlas Fireworks. In addition to the ten Friday night fireworks shows, there will also be ten additional fireworks shows throughout the season.
New Hampshire hosts the Trenton Thunder, Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees, seven times in 2007: three games from Tuesday, May 29-Thursday, May 31 and four games to close out the season from Friday, August 31-Monday, September 3.
Fisher Cats Monday-Friday home games will start at 6:35 PM with the exception of three 11:05 AM games (Thursday, April 26, Wednesday, May 9 and Thursday, May 24) and three 12:05 PM games (Monday, July 7, Monday, July 31 and Wednesday, August 8). They will also play at 1:05 PM on Labor Day in their season finale on Monday, September 3. All home games on Sundays will begin at 1:05 PM. Saturday home games will begin at 1:05 PM prior to Memorial Day and 5:05 PM after Memorial Day.
