
First place BlueClaws return home Tuesday

The BlueClaws are in first place, atop the Northern Division of the South Atlantic League. The West Virginia Power are nipping at the heels of the BlueClaws trying to get to the top spot. The two teams will collide in Lakewood for a four game set beginning at 7:05 Tuesday night. The BlueClaws will be signing autographs for all fans when gates open at 5:30 presented by Sawyer's Buy-Rite.
Wednesday's game will begin at 11:05 a.m. and the first 2,000 fans will receive oversized baseball cards thanks to the Asbury Park Press and Club Cool.
The popular mascot team, the ZOOperstars will make an appearance on Thursday courtesy of the New Jersey Lottery. The first 2,000 fans over the age of 18 will also receive an instant lottery ticket. Game time on Thursday is 7:05.
The series and homestand will conclude on Friday at 7:05. Friday night is Italian Heritage Night and a special ticket package is available. Following the game will be a fireworks show presented by Toyota/Scion World of Lakewood.
