
Unsafe To Play - 'Birds Postpone Thursday

Delmarva Shorebirds News Release
The postponement marks the fifth of Your Shorebirds 2006 Baseball Season. Due to the heavy rain that has hit the Delmarva Peninsula over the past 48 hours the field at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium is unsafe for play this evening.
A Double-Header has been scheduled for the two clubs Friday night, July 7th. Game one will start at 5:05pm and gates will open 4:05pm, the second game will start immediately afterwards following a 30-minute break.
Please Note the Refund Policy: Your ticket for Thursday's July 6, 2006 game can be exchanged at Your Shorebirds Box Office for any game during the remainder of this 2006 season.
