Fireworks Shows Highlight Weekend Homestand At Greer

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Nashville Sounds return to Greer Stadium this Friday, July 4 for a three-game, Independence Day weekend homestand against Round Rock (AAA-Astros).

Look no further than Greer Stadium for your Fourth of July fireworks fix, as dazzling fireworks displays will fill the sky after two of the weekend's games. Come celebrate Independence Day with America's favorite pastime at the ballpark.

The first game of the series will be at 7:00 p.m. on Friday with gates opening at 5:30 p.m. The first 2,000 fans through the turnstiles at the stadium will receive a free foam guitar courtesy of CMT, and fans can celebrate July 4th with a spectacular fireworks display immediately following the game presented by your Select Buick-Pontiac-GMC dealers.

The series continues on Saturday with the game starting at 6:00 p.m. and gates opening at 4:30 p.m. Once again, an amazing fireworks display sponsored by your Select Buick-Pontiac-GMC dealers will take place after the game.

The three-game series will wrap up with Sunday's game at 6:00 p.m. A Sunday home game means another Purity Sundae Sunday, with $1 ice cream sundaes at Greer Stadium.

Following the homestand, the Sounds will travel to face the Omaha Royals before returning to Greer Stadium on July 11 for a three-day, four-game weekend series against the New Orleans Zephyrs.
