LAST TIME OUT: The Fireflies dropped the second game of the series to Hagerstown on Saturday, 8-4. Ronny Mauricio drove in a pair of runs and Taylor Lane posted his first multi-hit game of the year.

HITS ON HITS ON HITS: Mauricio leads off on Sunday against the Suns. He's sixth in the South Atlantic League with 103 hits. The Mets prospect is on pace for 137 hits this season with Columbia, which would smash the single-season record of 111 set by J.C. Rodriguez in 2016.

HE'S RED-HOT, TOO: The 18-year-old shortstop has now reached safely in six straight games and is hitting .409 (9-for-22) during that span with five runs scored and three RBI.

HE WAS NUMBER ONE: MLB Pipeline, along with Baseball America, has long been the leader in MiLB prospect rankings. It recently re-ranked the Mets' minor-league prospects and Fireflies shortstop Ronny Mauricio is now the top-rated prospect in the Mets system (and also ranks 84th across all of MiLB).

TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALLGAME: Segra Park has been busy this weekend. Another crowd of more than 4,000 made it out to the park on Saturday (4,858). In total, 13,916 fans have passed through the gates from Thursday through Saturday. Based on Sunday's projected attendance, this weekend has the chance to be the third-highest attended weekend of the season:

MEDINA'S MASHING: Medina has recorded five multi-hit games over his last nine. He's also reached safely in 14 of his last 15 games.

MEDINA'S MASHING, Pt. II: The outfielder is hitting .333 (13-for-39) over his last 11 games (since July 16) with six runs scored, three doubles, four homers and seven RBI.

THE OTHER GUYS: Hagerstown has been a Nationals affiliate since 2007. This season, six Nationals prospects are on the Suns roster, including Washington's first round draft choice (17th overall) from last month, Jackson Rutledge (who made is South Atlantic League debut on Saturday):
