Firebirds Announce Schedule and Promotional Changes for Remainder of the 2021-22 Season

Flint, Mich. - Your First-Place Flint Firebirds have announced the official re-scheduled home dates for the remainder of the 2021-22 season. All details are below regarding tickets, postponements and promotions.

Reschedules:

Wednesday, March 30 vs. London Knights at 7:00 p.m. (Re-scheduled from January 8th)

-TICKETS: Use your tickets purchased for January 8th.

-Firebirds Fight Hunger make-up game. Bring in 5 NON-perishable food items and receive a FREE ticket, courtesy of Dort Financial Credit Union and HAP. We will begin to collect NON-perishable food items starting on Tuesday, March 29th at the Bird's Nest during store hours.

-Firebirds Fight Hunger can drive tickets from the January 8th game will be valid.

-The 'Buy One, Get One' Wednesday deal will also remain valid. Buy one ticket, and get the second one of equal or lesser value for FREE.

-Please note: The March 30th game vs. the Erie Otters has been re-scheduled to April 9th. See details below.

Saturday, April 9 vs. Erie Otters at 7:00 p.m. (Re-scheduled from March 30th)

-TICKETS: Use your tickets purchased for March 30th.

-Overager Night. We will celebrate our three OAs (Luke Cavallin, Ethan Keppen and Tag Bertuzzi) prior to the game as well as congratulate them on incredible careers with the Firebirds and in the OHL.

-Due to the rescheduling, this will NOT include the 'Buy One, Get One,' promotion.

Sunday, April 10 vs. Sarnia Sting at 7:00 p.m. (Re-scheduled from January 29th)

-TICKETS: Use your tickets purchased for January 29th.

-Family 'FUN'day. For every paid adult admission, get up to TWO FREE kids tickets.

Tuesday, April 12 vs. Sarnia Sting at 7:00 p.m. (Re-scheduled from February 5th)

-TICKETS: Use your tickets purchased for February 5th.

-'Two For' Tuesday. Get two tickets of equal or lesser value for the price of one.

Friday, April 15 vs. Soo Greyhounds at 7:00 p.m. (Re-scheduled from January 21st)

-TICKETS: Use your tickets purchased for January 5th.

-Firebirds Fight Hunger make-up game. Bring in 5 NON-perishable food items and receive a FREE ticket, courtesy of Dort Financial Credit Union. We will begin to collect NON-perishable food items starting on Wednesday, April 13th at the Bird's Nest during store hours.

-Firebirds Fight Hunger can drive tickets from the January 5th game will be valid.

-In addition, it will be Billet Appreciation Night will a special ceremony held before the game to honor and thank our billet families.

-Please note: The opponent has changed from the January 5th game from the Guelph Storm to the Soo Greyhounds.

Friday, April 16 vs. Soo Greyhounds at 7:00 p.m. (Re-scheduled from January 22nd)

-TICKETS: Use your tickets purchased for January 22nd.

-The Firebirds will be thanking their fans for their support during the 2021-ss season during "Fan Appreciation Night" at the Dort Financial Center. More details to follow.

The 2022 OHL Playoffs commence on Thursday, April 21. The playoffs include three best-of-seven rounds followed by a best-of-seven OHL Championship Series for the J. Ross Robertson Cup.

The OHL champion will compete at the 2022 Memorial Cup presented by Kia that takes place from Monday, June 20 through Wednesday, June 29 in Saint John, NB.
