August 27, 2012 - International League (IL1)
Pawtucket Red Sox News Release

Nelson Figueroa pitched six and a third innings of no-hit ball and Dan Butler accounted for all three PawSox RBI as the Wild Card leading Sox topped Gwinnett 3-1. Figueroa wound up going 7 and a third innings overall, allowing a run on 3 hits. The 38 year old righty fanned 4 as he improved his Pawtucket record to 4-3. Lefty Rich Hill retired two in the eighth and one in the ninth, earning the hold. Chris Carpenter got the save, getting the last two outs.

Dan Butler bashed a two run homer in the second inning and drove Tony Thomas home with a sacrifice fly in the fourth inning. For Butler, it was his first Triple-A home run of the year. Former PawSox outfielder Josh Kroeger singled in the only Braves run. The run snapped a 28 and a third inning scoreless streak for Gwinnett.

The series continues on Tuesday at 2:05 p.m. The game time was moved up 5 hours in anticipation of bad weather related to Hurricane Isaac.
