
Fifth Inning Drag in Drag to Benefit Working Wardrobe

Crestwood, IL (August 18, 2005) - On August 18th and 20th the Windy City ThunderBolts grounds crew will be do the 5th inning drag in drag and later in dresses and bonnets they will sell split the pot raffle tickets to raise funds for Working Wardrobe.
Working Wardrobe is not for profit organization promoting economic self-sufficiency in women by providing business attire and referrals to local organizations that provide job training and placement services for women preparing to enter the job market. Working Wardrobe is located in Lombard and has been assisting women in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs since 1998.
"It always nice to put on women's clothing", said Mike Lucas the ThunderBolts head grounds keeper, but it's even better knowing that half of the 50/50 split the pot will go to such a caring organization."
The Windy City ThunderBolts are a member of the 12-team Frontier League. The Frontier League is an independent league with franchises throughout the upper Midwest. The ThunderBolts have full season tickets, group packages, and 10-game mini plans available for purchase.
