Fans Advised to Arrive Early for Sunday's Western Conference Championship Game

CARSON, Calif. (Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2014) - The LA Galaxy advise fans to arrive early for the Western Conference Championship first leg this Sunday, Nov. 23 against Seattle Sounders FC at StubHub Center, with kickoff scheduled for 2 p.m. PT live on ESPN and ESPN Deportes. Gates will open at 12:30 p.m. for fans and 12:15 p.m. for Season Ticket Members.

Limited tickets remain for leg one of the Western Conference Championship at StubHub Center. Fans can purchase tickets by calling 877-3GALAXY (342-5299) or visiting www.lagalaxy.com/playoffs.

On Sunday, there will be additional StubHub Center parking available at SouthBay Pavilion Mall on Del Amo Blvd. in the lot directly adjacent to the Sears building, with a free shuttle service taking fans to and from StubHub Center from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. At the SouthBay Pavilion, the shuttle service will pick up and drop off fans next to Buffalo Wild Wings with StubHub Center pick up and drop off located at the fountain on the southwest corner of the stadium. Due to limited parking, fans are recommended to carpool to the match if possible.

In order to route traffic around the StubHub Center facility on Sunday, there will be intermittent gate closures. Fans with specific gate entries can drive clockwise around the facilities until they reach their designated gate to accommodate traffic flow.

The Galaxy face the Sounders in a two-legged Western Conference Championship series for a chance to advance to the MLS Cup Final played Sunday, Dec. 7. The second leg of the series is set for Sunday, Nov. 30 at 6 p.m. PT at CenturyLink Field in Seattle. The team with the most aggregate goals between both games will advance, with the first tiebreaker being away goals scored.
