Falcons Team with KISS Country on Pledge of Allegiance Program

FRESNO, Calif. – Valley classrooms chosen to recite the Pledge of Allegiance as part of "The Pledge of Allegiance on KISS Country" will be rewarded with a visit from a Fresno Falcons player and tickets to an upcoming Falcons game.

Throughout the school year, KISS Country morning host Garabo solicits tapes from Valley teachers of their classroom reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. Every Friday morning, Garabo selects one "Pledge" to play on air at 8 a.m. A Falcons player will be on hand to join the class while listening to their performance and to reward their display of patriotism with a Falcons ticket voucher to an upcoming game.

Fresno faces the Bakersfield Condors tonight at 7 p.m., where the first 2,500 fans will receive a bobblehead keychain of captain Jason Weaver. Recording artist Marilyn Fernandez will perform the National Anthem, as well as three songs from her new self-titled album during the first intermission.
