Falcons Release Danny Taylor from PTO Contract

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today that goaltender Danny Taylor has been released from his Professional Tryout Agreement.

Taylor was originally signed to a PTO on October 15, 2011 and he appeared in 10 games for the Falcons posting a record of 5-3-0 with a 2.58 goals against average and .914 save percentage.

Taylor started last season in Springfield before finishing the campaign playing in Germany. He is in his sixth professional season and was originally a seventh round draft pick (221st overall) of the Los Angeles Kings in 2004.
