Fresno Falcons News Release

Fresno, Calif. - The Fresno Falcons announced today that the team raised $17,451 during its second annual Girl Scouts at the Rink on Saturday, March 29.

These jerseys were auctioned off following the game, with proceeds benefitting the Girl Scouts.

The Falcons also teamed up with Girl Scouts Golden Valley Council to celebrate the conclusion of cookie sales. All of the Girl Scouts in attendance were given the opportunity to purchase tickets for either $15 or $25. All Girl Scouts attendance received a limited edition Girl Scouts at the Rink patch, and during the game, Girl Scouts celebrated on ice with a parade during the first intermission.

"The Fresno Falcons were honored to work with the Girl Scouts Golden Valley Council," Falcons CEO John Tull said. "The Girl Scouts have always been proud supporters of Falcons, and the Falcons are pleased to continue our relationship with them."
