Bombers Season Ticket Holders, Sponsors Bid Team Farewell

Dayton, OH - The Dayton Bombers held their annual Team Farewell Party last night at the Five Seasons Sports Club in Sugar Creek Township.

The annual party was sponsored by Gordon Food Service, Heidelberg Distributing, Budweiser, Buffalo Wild Wings and Dayton's Original Pizza Factory, along with Five Seasons Sports Club.

Bombers players, including team captain Greg Labenski and fan favorites Britt Dougherty and Yannick Tifu, were in attendance to greet Bombers season ticket holders and sponsors before departing for their home cities across North America and Europe.

Other players in meeting and greeting were Mike Campaner, Kriss Grundmanis, Chris Eade, Brad Bonello, Alex Greig, Petr Pohl, Ryan Smyth, Rejean Beauchemin and Grant Goeckner-Zoeller.

Bombers head coach Bill McDonald, team president Costa Papista and general manager Don MacAdam were also on hand to thank the fans and sponsors for their loyal support.

Attendees were able to get pictures and autographs with the team, as well as collect the official 2007-2008 season-worn jerseys that were purchased at post-game auctions throughout the year.
