
Ezequiel Barco Named to Argentina U-20 Squad for 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup

ATLANTA - The Argentine Football Association announced today that midfielder Ezequiel Barco was named to Argentina U-20 manager Fernando Batista's 21-man squad for the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup that will take place in Poland from May 23-June 15.
Barco will leave Atlanta to join the group Monday, May 6. Argentina will play its first match of the tournament May 25 against South Africa and will then face Portugal May 28 and South Korea May 31 in group play.
Barco has eight appearances for Argentina's U-20 National Team. The attacking midfielder has featured in every Atlanta United match in 2019 and currently leads the team with three goals in MLS this season.
