Lincoln, Neb. - Stars defenseman Christian Evers and forward Grant Jozefek were named the CCM Defenseman and Forward of the Week, the USHL announced on Monday.

Evers tallied four assists in the Stars 4-1 win against Dubuque on Saturday night, giving him five points in as many games.

Jozefek picked up one goal and three assists during the Stars weekend series to give him nine points on the season and a share of the USHL scoring lead with Stars forward Ludvig Hoff and Chicago Steel forward Tanner Laczynski.

Both players are committed to play in the NCAA with Evers headed to the University of North Dakota and Jozefek bound for Northeastern University.

This marks the second consecutive week the Stars have earned weekly honors as Ludvig Hoff was tabbed the CCM Forward of the Week on Oct. 5.
