(Edmonton) The Edmonton Eskimos today announced the signing of imports Ryan Hoag (WR), Trey Darilek (OL) and Joey Thomas (DB) to practice roster agreements.

Born: April 23, 1981 - San Antonio, TX
Height: 6'5 Weight: 310
Yrs CFL: 1st

Acquired: Signed as a free agent on September 11, 2007.
Career: He was a 4th round draft pick by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2004 NFL Draft and played in 18 games over two seasons. He was cut by the Eagles before the 2006 season and briefly joined the Miami Dolphins. He signed with the Dallas Cowboys in 2007 and was released in August.
College/Personal: Darilek played college football at the University of Texas at El Paso, where he started 42 games and was an All-WAC first team selection as a senior.

Career: Drafted in the 3rd round by the Green Bay Packers in the 2004 NFL Draft. He played in 14 regular season games and a playoff game in his rookie season, recording 15 tackles, two knockdowns and six special teams tackles. He was waived halfway through the 2005 season and was picked up by the New Orleans Saints. He attended training camp with the Dallas Cowboys in 2007.
College/Personal: Began his college career at the University of Washington before transferring to Montana State. He attended Kennedy High School in Seattle where he played quarterback. He was a two-time All-State and All-Area selection.
The Eskimos host the Montreal Alouettes Friday, September 14th at Commonwealth Stadium. Kick-off at 7:00pm.
