(Edmonton) The Edmonton Eskimo Football Club announced today the appointment of Eric Tillman as their General Manager effective immediately.
Tillman brings to the Eskimos extensive experience and success in the Canadian Football League.
Rick LeLacheur, President & CEO said "Eric has had outstanding success as a GM in the CFL. In his 10 years as General Manager with Saskatchewan, BC, Toronto and Ottawa he has had 4 appearances in the Grey Cup with 3 wins along with 3 Rookie's of the Year."
Tillman said "I am very appreciative that the Eskimos are giving me this opportunity. The Eskimos have a great history and tradition that I have always admired. I look forward to starting work immediately with the Coach and Scouting staff to bring my experiences to improve the team in both the short and long term.
