----- Tonight, the SeaWolves look to snap a four-game losing streak as they continue an eight-game homestand and a four-game series against the Reading Phillies (Philadelphia Phillies) at Jerry Uht Park. The SeaWolves offensive struggles continued on Monday night as the club put 13 runners on base but went just 2-for-14 with runners in scoring position. Erie has combined to score just eight runs in the last four games during the losing skid...Tonight, Erie sends lefty Jared Wesson to the mound making his ninth start and second against the Phillies. Wesson beat the Phillies on May 6 at First Energy Stadium and has won two of his last three starts. Wesson earned his fourth win in his last start against Akron, he shut out the Aeros equaling a season-high seven innings pitched. He allowed a season-low three hits with a walk and seven strikeouts. Erie won the game 2-1...Righty Trevor May takes the mound for Reading making his ninth start and second against the SeaWolves. May is 0-2 with a no-decision in his last three starts. He took a no-decision in his last start against Portland on May 16. In the game, May allowed three runs, two earned, on six hits with four walks and three strikeouts in five innings. May has walked four batters in each of his last three starts. The 'Wolves beat May on May 5. That day, he allowed four runs on five hits with four walks and seven strikeouts. He is currently rated as the top prospect in the Philadelphia Phillies organization.

----- The SeaWolves will host the SeaWolves Bowling Bash at Greengarden Lanes on Thursday, June 21. The bowling fundraiser will take place from 6 pm - 8:30 pm with proceeds benefiting United Way of Erie County. - The event will feature SeaWolves players, one at each bowling lane, interacting with event guests, signing autographs, and posing for pictures. The event will also include door prizes and a memorabilia silent auction. - Each participant will receive up to three games of bowling, shoe rental, a raffle ticket, and pizza, for a registration fee of $25.
