Trenton, NJ - The Akron Aeros saw their four-game winning streak come to a halt Tuesday night, as they lost a 3-2 decision to the Trenton Thunder at Waterfront Park.

Five Trenton pitchers combined to hold off the Aeros (27-15), who came back from a 3-0 deficit to pull to within one. Ryan Flannery closed the game, striking out the final two Aeros hitters in the ninth to notch his sixth save.

Trenton (23-19) got to Aeros starter Paolo Espino (0-1) for three runs on four hits over five innings. It was Espino's second start of the season for the Aeros.

Akron came back with an RBI single from Adam Abraham in the seventh, and an RBI single from Kyle Bellows in the eighth to make it interesting. Bellows has four RBI's in the series.

Trenton graciously allowed nine walks in the game, but Akron stranded 10 men on base. Francisco Rondon (3-0) earned the win with one scoreless inning in the fifth.

The Aeros will play game three of the series on Wednesday night at 7:05. LHP T.J. House (2-1, 4.76) will start for Akron against RHP Mikey O'Brien (1-2, 1.29) for Trenton.
