Today, the Erie SeaWolves look for a series split as they take on the Altoona Curve in the final game of a four-game series at UPMC Park. Last night, the SeaWolves fell 10-7 in 10 innings. Kody Eaves swatted a pair of home runs and logged five RBI's in the loss. Anthony Castro takes the hill in the series finale for Erie and is coming off of a loss in his last outing on July 7 versus Altoona at PNG Field. In 1.2 innings in relief, Castro surrendered two earned runs on one hit while walking three. As a starter this season, the right-hander is 3-1 with a 2.60 ERA in 45 innings. Domingo Robles goes for Altoona and is making his ninth start for the Curve. On July 7 against Erie, the left-hander tossed five innings and allowed one unearned run while scattering five hits and striking out four. Robles was signed as a 16-year old international free agent by Pittsburgh in 2014.
