Tonight, the SeaWolves look for their longest winning streak of the season as they take on the Akron Aeros (Cleveland Indians) in the third game of a four-game series at Jerry Uht Park. Last night, the ‘Wolves won their fourth straight, equaling their season-long winning streak, with an 11-9 win over the Aeros. The win put the SeaWolves back to their high water mark of two games above .500. Entering play today, the SeaWolves are alone in third place in the EL West, five games behind first place Harrisburg and game behind wild card leading Richmond...The ‘Wolves send lefty Casey Crosby to the mound making his 14th start of the season and second against the Aeros. Akron beat Crosby on May 11. In the game, he tossed six innings, allowing two runs on three hits with six walks and five strikeouts. Crosby earned a win in his last start against Binghamton on June 27. In the game, he tossed 5.2 shutout innings allowing a hit with three walks and six strikeouts. The lone hit Crosby gave up came with two outs in the sixth. Erie won the game 7-1...Akron sends LHP Matt Packer to the mound making his 15th start and second against Erie. The SeaWolves beat Packer on May 10. That day, he allowed seven runs, five earned, on eight hits in six innings. Packer took a no-decision in his last start against Bowie allowing five runs on nine hits...The SeaWolves are one of 90 Minor League Baseball teams wearing Stars and Stripes Caps over the next three games. The caps will be auctioned off throughout the next three days with the proceeds benefiting Welcome Back Veterans. Caps are also available for purchase in the SeaWolves Team Shop.

- Erie leads the season series over Akron 4-1. The SeaWolves and Aeros meet 19 times in 2011.

- SeaWolves have committed 74 errors which is fourth-most in the EL.

- The SeaWolves are 31-28 in night games and 10-11 in day games.

- Erie's pitching staff is ninth in the league with a 4.30 team ERA. The SeaWolves have given up 381 runs which is third-most allowed in the league. Erie has issued 276 walks which is second-most in the EL.

- The SeaWolves lead EL with 380 runs scored.

- Erie's offense is tied for second in the league with a .269 team batting average.

- The ‘Wolves are hitting .258 with RISP, .221 with two outs and RISP and .274 with runners on base.

- As a team, the SeaWolves are 20-for-69 with the bases loaded.

- The ‘Wolves are 24-16 at Jerry Uht Park.

- Erie is 18-24 against the Western Division.

- Jamie Johnson leads the team and is second in the league with 52 walks. Johnson leads the league with 54 runs scored.

- Justin Henry is fifth in the EL with a .322 average and is second with a .432 on-base percentage.

- The SeaWolves are in a stretch of playing 29 games in a span of 28 days with the next off day July 12 for the All-Star break.

- Jacob Turner, Chance Ruffin, Francisco Martinez and Justin Henry have been named to the Western Division All-Star squad.
