----- Tonight, the SeaWolves continue the final leg of an eight-day road trip as they play the middle game of a three-game series against the Trenton Thunder (New York Yankees) at Waterfront Park. Last night, Trenton struck early and often as they won the series opener over the 'Wolves 11-4. Erie has now dropped every series opener this season and four consecutive games to the Thunder. Trenton has outscored Erie 30-10 in the four games between the two clubs. Yesterday's loss puts the SeaWolves and five games behind first place Harrisburg in the EL West. It is the largest margin Erie has trailed in the division this season...Trenton has won six of its last eight games while Erie has dropped six of its last eight...Erie sends righty Zack Segovia to the mound making his fourth start and second against Trenton. Segovia took a loss in his last start against Trenton on April 18. In the game, the righty allowed five runs on eight hits with three walks and three strikeouts in five innings of work. Erie lost the game 7-1. Segovia spent the 2010 season with the Yankees Triple-A club in Scranton...Lefty Andy Pettitte takes the mound for Trenton making his first appearance with the Thunder.
