TULSA, OK - Mark Tyndale scored a game high 28 points to lead the Iowa Energy to a 105-93 win over the host Tulsa 66ers Saturday night. The win ends Iowa's regular season with a 37-13 record, the best season in the nine year history of the NBA D-League. The previous record was held by the 207-2008 Idaho Stampede, who finished that season 36-14 on their way to the 2008 D-League title.

Tulsa took an early 6-4 lead on a dunk by Oklahoma City Thunder assignee Byron Mullens before Iowa scored nine straight points to take a 13-6 lead. The Energy would never trail again in the game as they head into the D-League playoffs as the #1 overall seed.

Iowa was able to get the win despite being outrebounded 54-36 in the game in part due to making 38 of 46 free throw attempts. Tyndale nailed 15 of 18 from the line on the night.

Curtis Stinson added 22 points, 11 assists and 9 rebounds in the win.

Deron Washington led Tulsa with 21 points in the loss. Tulsa (27-22) concludes its regular season Sunday at Reno.

Iowa has clinched home court advantage throughout the playoffs, which will being Wednesday, April 7th. The #1 seed also provides Iowa the opportunity to select their first round opponent from the playoff teams seeded 5-8. That selection will occur on Sunday evening.

The D-League playoffs are best-of-three in each round with the higher seed playing on the road in game one, and at home in games two and three (if necessary). The Energy will host their opponent on Friday, April 9th and Sunday, April 11th (if necessary). Tickets for those games are on sale now at www.dahlstickets.com, by calling 564-8550 or visiting the Wells Fargo Arena box office.
