
Energy fall to Skyforce

DES MOINES, Iowa - The Iowa Energy's five game winning streak came to an end as the Sioux Fall Skyforce clenched a 105 to 91 victory Saturday Night at Wells Fargo Arena in front of a crowd of 6,484. The Energy continue to lead the NBA Development League with a 16-7 record.
Courtney Sims (18 points) and Anthony Tolliver (3 points) both returned to the Energy lineup after signing 10 day contracts with the Phoenix Suns and New Orleans Hornets. Othyus Jeffers (19 points), Demetris Nichols (16 points), Patrick Sanders (13 points), and Curtis Stinson (11 points) all contributed double digits for the Energy.
Six members of the Skyforce team scored in double digits, including Glen McGowan (14 points), Bobby Jones (16 points), John Edwards (10 points), Kasib Powell (18 points), and Michael Joiner (13 points). David Bailey led the Dakota roster with 25 points.
The Energy will continue their home stand Sunday, February 8th at 4 p.m. as they take on the Idaho Stampede.
