Reno Bighorns News Release
Reno--After nearly seven days of rest, the Bighorns didn't fair well. Losing by the largest deficit in its short history, the Bighorns looked out of sync from the opening tip.
The Flash opened up the game with an 8-0 run, which the Bighorns never seemingly recovered. The Bighorns shot only 35% from the field in the second half, including the 27% in the second quarter.
The 25 point lead the Flash amassed by halftime, only continued to grow throughout the second half. The Bighorns poor shooting and the Flashes balanced attack, of seven players in double figures, led to the large deficit.
The Bighorns have a rematch with the Flash tomorrow night as they look to bounce back from their dismal performance. Game begins at 7:00 p.m. at the Downtown Reno Events Center where the Reno Bighorns will celebrate Ladies Night.
