Fort Wayne, IN - The Fort Wayne Wizards placed right-hander Jonathan Ellis on the disabled list today, retroactive to Tuesday, August 16, prior to the team's departure to Grand Rapids, Michigan for a four-game series against the West Michigan Whitecaps (Detroit Tigers affiliate).
