ECHL Announces Fines, Suspensions

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL on Tuesday announced the following fines and suspensions.

Evansville's Dunn fined, suspended

Evansville's Vincent Dunn has been suspended for three games and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #722, Evansville at Missouri, on Feb. 21.

Dunn is suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline as the result of an elbowing infraction at 5:45 of the third period.

Dunn will miss Evansville's games at Cincinnati (Feb. 23) and vs. Atlanta (Feb. 26 and Feb. 27).

Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.

Manchester's Paquette fined, suspended

Manchester's Danick Paquette has been suspended for three games and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #726, Elmira at Manchester, on Feb. 21.

Paquette was assessed a major penalty and game misconduct for boarding under Rule #41.5 at 10:26 of the second period. He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.

Paqauette will miss Manchester's games vs. Adirondack (Feb. 24) and at Norfolk (Feb. 26 and Feb. 27).
