Allen, Texas - The Allen Americans picked up two points on the weekend going 0-1-1-1 in three games in the ECHL Central Division including back to back extra session losses. The Americans remain two points ahead of the Tulsa Oilers in a tight race for second place.

Friday, February 19 @ Missouri - 4-2 Loss

Independence, Missouri- Missouri's empty net goal late in the final period sealed the Americans fate in a 4-2 loss on Friday night in suburban Kansas City. Tristan King (8) and Aaron Gens (7) scored for Allen who outshot Missouri 30-25 for the game.

Saturday, February 20 @ Tulsa - 5-4 OT Loss

Tulsa, Oklahoma - The Americans picked up a point in the 5-4 overtime loss to the Tulsa Oilers on Saturday night. Chad Costello scored two goals, his 20th and 21st of the season. Justin Courtnall added his 6th of the year, a shorthanded goal, while David Makowski netted his 9th. All three players had two point games for Allen.

Sunday, February 21 @ Tulsa - 3-2 SO Loss

Tulsa, Oklahoma - An eight round shootout when to the Tulsa Oilers on Sunday afternoon as both goaltenders were solid in the contest. The Americans roared back in the third period with two goals to tie the game and earn a point in the extra session loss. Vincent Arseneau and Gary Steffes had the Americans goals.
