
ECHL Announces Fines, Suspensions

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL on Thursday announced the following fines and suspensions.
Bakersfield's Lizon Fined, Suspended
Bakersfield's Erick Lizon has been suspended for two games and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #660, Bakersfield at Ontario, on March 30.
Lizon is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
Lizon will miss Bakersfield's games at Utah on April 1 and 2.
Stockton's Hunt Fined, Suspended
Stockton's Garet Hunt has been suspended for two games and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #662, Las Vegas at Stockton, on March 30.
Hunt was assessed a boarding major and game misconduct under Rule #41.5 at 18:26 of the third period. He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
Hunt will miss Stockton's games at Las Vegas on April 1 and 2.
