
Earthquakes Host Defending MLS Cup Champion Real Salt Lake In Season Opener Saturday

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose Earthquakes open the 2010 MLS campaign against the defending MLS Cup Champions Real Salt Lake on Saturday, March 27 at 6 p.m. PT at Buck Shaw Stadium. The game will air live on Fox Soccer Channel on television and on the radio in 1220 KDOW and 1370 KZSF. The first 5,000 fans will receive a jersey replica t-shirt, presented by Amway Global.
The Quakes won the season series against RSL in 2009, earning a 2-1 win on May 30 at Buck Shaw Stadium and earning a 1-1 tie on July 3 at Rio Tinto Stadium.
