Jose Urena (L, 5-3) was dealt the loss after allowing seven runs (six earned) on nine hits in 4.0 innings of work, while issuing a pair of walks and striking out two Blue Wahoos. Urena was issued a loss for the first time since April 13th at Birmingham.

Matt Montgomery allowed one hit and one run, coming on one swing of the bat from Juan Silverio, in his two innings of action. Tyler Higgins and Joey O'Gara each worked scoreless innings of relief to finish off the ballgame for the Suns.

The Blue Wahoos wasted no time getting the scoring started on Saturday night, plating five runs in the bottom of the first inning highlighted by a three-run home run off the bat of Travis Mattair (HR, 5).

Pensacola continued their early onslaught on Jose Urena with an additional two runs in the bottom of the second inning to open up a 7-0 lead after two innings of play.

Juan Silverio (HR, 8) began the bottom of the fifth inning with a solo homer to left to extend Pensacola's lead to 8-0 over the Suns and cap off Saturday's scoring.
