
Eagles Make Roster Moves

WINDSOR, Colo. - The Northern Conference-leading Colorado Eagles announced several roster moves today. Defenseman Jason Beatty has been moved from the IR to the active roster, while fellow defenseman Jay Birnie was placed on the 14-day IR. Tonight's game will mark the first regular season game for Beatty since Dec. 17 (he also played in Wednesday's CHL All-Star Game).
Also, rookie Adam Knight was waived, leaving the Eagles with 18 players on their roster. Knight had accumulated one goal, a minus-eight plus/minus rating and 52 penalty minutes in 34 games for Colorado.
