The Bulls play the second of two games against the Columbus Clippers in the final game of a five-game homestand. Durham is 4-0 over the first four games of the homestand - and has won five of its last six - but is still just 16-23 since the All-Star break. The Bulls have dropped 39 of their previous 63 contests to go from a 2.0-game lead in the IL South to a 10.5-game deficit. Columbus - the Cleveland Indians' top affiliate - has won five of its last seven and nine of its last 12. The Clippers enter today with a 13-7 mark in August, and lead the IL Wild Card race by 2.5 games over Gwinnett.
