Dragons Postponed by Rain Thursday in Kentucky

Bowling Green, Ky.--The Midwest League game between the Dayton Dragons and Bowling Green Hot Rods in Bowling Green, Kentucky on Thursday, August 7 has been postponed due to rain. The game was delayed at the start due to expected heavy rain that arrived a few minutes after the scheduled start time of 7:05 p.m. CDT. It was officially called after a delay of one hour, five minutes.

Thursday's game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Friday, August 8 in Bowling Green starting at 6:00 p.m. EDT. Both games on Friday will be seven-inning games.

Friday's games will open a four-game series for the Dragons in Bowling Green. After an off-day on Monday, the Dragons will open a three-game series in Eastlake, Ohio against the Lake County Captains on Tuesday, August 12.

The next home game at Fifth Third Field in Dayton is Friday, August 15 against Bowling Green. Call (937) 228-2287 for ticket information.
