Denver Summit FC Signs Colorado Native Meg Boade

Another Colorado product joins Summit FC ahead of inaugural NWSL season.

Denver Summit FC announced today the signing of midfielder Meg Boade, adding another Colorado product to the roster ahead of the club's inaugural season in the National Women's Soccer League in 2026. Boade, 23, joins Summit FC after time with Washington Spirit and Gotham FC in 2025.

"We welcome Meg to Denver Summit FC and are to thrilled to add another player with deep Colorado ties to our roster," said Denver Summit FC General Manager Curt Johnson.

A product of Valor Christian, Boade started her college career with the Northwestern Wildcats. In 2022, she started all 23 matches and scored seven goals, leading Northwestern to match their best finish in school history. The following year, she secured the program record for assists in a season with 14 assists over the course of one season.
