
Defender selected to represent Force on MISL International All-Star Team

CLEVELAND, OHIO - Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) Commissioner Steve Ryan today announced the rosters for the MISL All-Star Game. The All-Star Game will feature the MISL USA versus MISL International. The game will be played on Sunday, February 29th at the Family Arena in St. Charles, Missouri. Cleveland Force defender Nevio Pizzolitto has been selected to represent the team on the MISL International All-Star team.
The MISL squad will be comprised of 16 players representing the defending MISL Champion Baltimore Blast (3 selections), Kansas City Comets (1 selection), Milwaukee Wave (5 selections), Philadelphia KiXX (3 selections), St. Louis Steamers (1 selection) and San Diego Sockers (3 selections).
The MISL International team will be comprised of 16 players representing the defending MISL Champion Baltimore Blast (4 selections), Cleveland Force (1 selections), Dallas Sidekicks (3 selections), Kansas City Comets (3 selections), Milwaukee Wave (1 selection), Monterrey Fury (2 selections) and Philadelphia KiXX (2 selections).
Pizzolitto, a native of Montreal, Canada, will be making his first trip to the MISL All-Star game as a member of the Force, but his third overall selection, one as a starter with the Toronto Thunderhawks (2001) and one as a member of the Montreal Impact (2000). Nevio in his previous two games has recorded one assist for one point and one block. Pizzolitto has appeared in 15 games and has recorded three goals and three assists for a total of six points. In addition, he has added 20 blocks.
