With his two assists in Saturday's game, Boisvert is now tied with teammate and Veteran forward Chris Lipsett for the team lead in scoring with his seven points (4G, 3A).

POWER IT UP: After going one for five on the power play in Saturday's win over Bloomington, the Gems are currently ranked second in the league in power play percentage at 28% having converted 7 of 25 attempts on the season. Dayton is also on a four-game power play goal scoring streak.

The Gems are currently tied for second place with eight points (4-1-0), while the Eagles are in first place with 10 points (5-1-0). With a win on Friday, the Gems could be tied for first place and set up a chance to be alone in first with another potential victory on Saturday. Friday's game will be the only one in the Central Hockey League featuring a battle for first place, but Saturday's game will be one of two (the other being Bossier-Shreveport vs. Allen) that night.
