Winston-Salem Dash News Release
Wilmington, DE - The series finale between Winston-Salem and Wilmington on Sunday afternoon at Frawley Stadium was postponed due to rain. A makeup game has been scheduled as part of a doubleheader when the Dash visits the Blue Rocks during their series on June 18-21.
Winston-Salem will continue their week-long road trip when they travel to Frederick for a four-game series with the Keys beginning on Monday night at Harry Grove Stadium. The Dash will send RHP Charlie Shirek (3-0, 3.18) to the mound, while the Keys will counter with RHP Tim Bascom (2-2, 3.54). The first pitch is schedule for 7 p.m.
The next home game for the Dash is on Friday, May 9th when they host the Potomac Nationals in the opener of a three-game series. The first pitch is scheduled for 7 p.m. Single-game tickets are available for games at Wake Forest Baseball Park through June 17 and can be purchased online at www.wsdash.com or by calling the Dash office at (336) 714-2287.
