
Dallas Reassigns Oleksiak to Texas

CEDAR PARK, Texas - The Texas Stars, American Hockey League affiliate of the NHL's Dallas Stars, announced today defenseman Jamie Oleksiak has been reassigned to the team by Dallas.
Oleksiak (oh-LEHK-see-ak), 22, has appeared in 22 games for Dallas this season posting four points (one goal, three assists) and eight penalty minutes. He has also appeared in one game for Texas this season and did not record a point.
The 6-foot-7, 250-pound native of Toronto, Ontario was selected by Dallas in the first round (14th overall) of the 2011 NHL Draft.
