Dairy Queen Home Opener Announced

LETHBRIDGE, AB - The Lethbridge Hurricanes Hockey Club, in conjunction with the Western Hockey League, announced the 2019 Dairy Queen Home Opener will take place on Friday, September 20th at the ENMAX Centre.
The 'Canes will welcome the Medicine Hat Tigers in the Dairy Queen Home Opener for the ninth consecutive season. The Hurricanes have posted a 5-3-0-0 record in the previous eight years in their season opener after falling to the Tigers 5-2 in the last year.
The Hurricanes will once again open the 2019-2020 season with a home-and-home set with Medicine Hat as Lethbridge will visit the Tigers on Saturday, September 21st .
The full regular season schedule is set to be announced on Wednesday, June 26th .
