D'Agostini Named Original Pond Gear Player of the Month

(Peterborough, ON, January 9th, 2014)- The Peterborough Petes and Original Pond Gear are proud to announce that Andrew D'Agostini has been named the Original Pond Gear Player of the Month for the month of December.

Through six games played in December, D'Agostini posted a save percentage of 0.903 and a goals against average of 3.38. The overage goalie has been a consistent force between the pipes in the last month and a half, picking up several wins as well as three huge performances during the annual Western road trip.

"Andrew's play in the last month has been tremendous," said Petes Head Coach Jody Hull. "He is a player that leads by example both on and off the ice. His desire to be the best everyday has a very positive effect on all of his teammates."
