'Dads rained out on Friday, doubleheader on Saturday

HICKORY, NC - Friday's scheduled game between the Hickory Crawdads and Greensboro Grasshoppers at L.P. Frans Stadium has been postponed due to inclement weather. The two teams will play a doubleheader with back-to-back seven-inning games on Saturday, starting at 5 p.m. Gates open at 4 p.m.
Saturday will feature an appearance by the former wrestling star 'Hacksaw' Jim Duggan, presented by WNNC 1230AM, and the second game will also be followed by the fireworks show originally scheduled for Friday.
It will also be Ladies Night on Saturday, with great door prizes from Teff Hair Design, Whitfield's Florists, Thirty-One Gifts - Julie Ray Independent Consultant, Sophie Women's Magazine, Salon Salon, Style Exchange and Vitality Anti-Aging Center and Med Spa.
All tickets for Friday's postponed game can be redeemed for a ticket of equal or lesser value to a future Crawdads game this season, based on availability. For assistance, call the Ticket Office at 828-322-3000.
