
Cutters shutout by Valley Cats in series finale

The Crosscutters had the tables turned in the finale of the 3-game series with the Tri-City Valley Cats Monday night at Susquehanna Bank Park at Bowman Field in being shutout 4-0.
Cutters SP David Whitehead suffered his second loss of the season and gave a strong outing pitching six innings allowing just two runs.
Catcher Deivi Grullon was 2 for 3 on the night picking up half of the Cutters hits. Williamsport did not have a runner get past second base the entire game.
