
Cutters Shutout By Spikes

Williamsport Crosscutters News Release
One night after putting up fourteen hits the Crosscutters were limited to just three hits by Spikes starting pitcher Will Anderson in a 5-0 shutout loss in State College.
Anderson used a record setting ten strikeouts to help subdue the Cutters offense. The ten strikeouts are a Spikes and Medlar Field at Lubrano Park record.
Matt Shortall had the first Crosscutters hit with a lead-off single in the fifth inning.
